In this video famous music artist Jewel gets a makeover and goes undercover at a Karaoke bar in Los Angeles after being contacted by the staff at Funny Or Die.

When Jewel first arrived she was all disguised with fake hair, glasses and a fake nose and went by the name ‘Karen’. She pretended to be all shy and nervous when her friends, who were also in on the gig of course, kept eagerly trying to convince her to come on stage. Not long after the entire croud was rooting for her and little did they know the surprise that they were in for!

When Jewel, err, Karen that is, began singing it didn’t take long for the croud to start cheering. They couldn’t believe how amazing her voice was but still didn’t have a clue it was really Jewel performing for them.

Conan O’Brien and Jim Carrey are two of my all time favorite comediens. Watching them perform together on stage in this video just made my whole day!! I started watching Conan’s Late Night show many moons ago when it first aired and was hooked right away, it’s great to see him doing so well since leaving NBC. Conan O’Brien deserves and has earned every bit of success he has!

Jim Carrey, another true legend, I must admit back in the day I watched Ace Ventura Pet Detective at least 20 times, seriously I’m not joking!! I’ve always been a huge fan, and it’s cool he is a fellow Canadian.

Incredibly funny comedian Jimmy Kimmel talks about the new Tiger Woods Nike commercial on his show. Nike is one of the only companies who did not drop their endorsement of the highly talented, yet now widely criticized golfer Tiger Woods.

A lot of people say Tiger’s only mistake was getting married. Many people say he is now an embarrassment to the game of golf. Needless to say there’s a lot of people with a lot of very different opinions on the matter.

Whether you love him or hate him, Tiger Woods is still one of the best golfers the game has ever seen and it takes a strong individual to take responsibility for such actions.

Even though he finished in second place you can bet we’ll be seeing a lot more of Adam Lambert in the future. The fans love him and even finishing in the top 10 is a huge accomplishment for anyone who enters the competition.

Susan Boyle has come a long way in such a short period of time. She practically became famous overnight when she shocked people around the globe with her first appearance on Britain’s Got Talent singing “I Dreamed A Dream”. Needless to say she was voted into the next round and this is her latest performance. Personally I enjoyed hearing her sing this, as I haven’t heard this song in years and she did a fantastic job.

Susan’s mother passed away not that long ago sadly, which is partly what inspired her to enter the competition. She comes from a small town in Scotland filled with crime and poverty and wanted to prove she could do something special with her life. She obviously has one of the most beautiful voices ever and without a doubt her mother is looking down from up above and I’m sure is quite proud.

She went from singing for many years at a small church to performing live in front of millions of people. Whether or not she wins the entire competition she is truly an inspiration to many and living proof that you can achieve your dreams if you work hard and never give up.

Gorgeous rockstar Avril Lavigne has yet another commercial out for Canon. This one is really cool and you cannot help but adore and love this girls style. Avril impresses her fans once again and continues to rock on with her bad self.

It seems like just yesterday Conan O’Brien appeared on the Late Night Show for the first time. He has been making audiences laugh ever since and is personally one of my favorite comedians of all time. Hard to believe it’s been 16 seasons already and it will be sad to see the show end. Fortunately he’s not leaving for good, and it will be great to see him as host of The Tonight Show in Los Angeles.

A few quick and funny highlights from the 2009 Golden Globe awards. Just as I predicted, Slumdog Millionaire did very well and if you haven’t had the chance yet you should definitely check this movie out. Tina Fey is right also, now that we have this thing we call the Internet one just never knows where your next critic will sprout from. Fortunately she had the chance to say a few words about that, so take that all you Tina Fey critics, I don’t see you up there receiving any awards haha.
