Ten year old singing sensation Heather Russell has signed a contract with Simon Cowell. Although this happened last October the news just became official today. Many people are claiming she will be the next Justin Bieber.
Similar to how Justin became noticed by music industry giants, Heather Russell had her music videos uploaded to YouTube and views are now rising rapidly.
