After much anticipation the first official Prometheus true HD trailer has finally been released. This upcoming sci-fi horror is our latest featured YouTube video of the day and is yet another recent movie trailer which has gone viral. This film is set to be released on June 8th, 2012.
Directed by Ridley Scott it’s no surprise the Prometheus trailer had well over 2 million hits on YouTube in it’s first 24 hours. Sound like deja vu? Our recent featured video for the 2nd The Dark Knight Rises trailer also went viral in a matter of hours after its release. So what does this tell us? Well, 2012 is going to be one heck of a blockbuster year when it comes to movies! I already have quite a few titles on my must see movie list with Prometheus of course being no exception.
Prometheus could very well be Ridley Scott’s best directed movie to date and we all know he’s had quite a few good ones. There’s a lot of hype surrounding this movie and for good reason, especially if you are a sci-fi and special effects junkie. Enjoy the trailer below!
